Insurance

We accept most insurance plans and submit claims electronically for our patients. Co-payments and deductibles are collected at the time of service and we accept assignment of benefits from insurance companies. Estimated coverage is provided for larger cases from our data bank of insurance companies.  

We work with Care Credit, a convenient way to pay for treatment over an extended period of time. Ask us for details.
